CAUSES OF HEART DISEASE A/C TO AYURVEDA
According to ayurveda heart is located in ''ANAHAT CHAKRA''anahat chakra is physical heart
Accordinga to ayurveda mann[mind] ,emotion and soul also reside in anahata chakra.and there is not only physical causes for heart disease as well as mental well being is also importent for heart health
In ayurveda context there are three type of mann[mind] i.e satvik,rajas,tamas
When the person with rajas and tamas mana is stressed and full of nagetive thought and energy.
In research it is proved that stress and nagetivity creats negative presser on heart and many time it leads to cardiac arrest
MODERN CAUSE OF HEART DISEASE
- main cause of heart disease is is physical,structral deterioration of the vessel wall. the deterioration of structure is of 3 type
clogging of vesseles with cholestrol and plaque.damage area due to increase blood pressure blood and free radical activity.
thickness of the walls of vessels decrease. other causes excess stress and over activation of the fight and flight response.

- st-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
- non st-segment elevation
- unstable angina
- stable angina
- coronary artery spasm.
symtoms of heart disease
- chest pain while breathing
- difficulty in breathing/brathlessness
- pain over middle or lower breastbone or in epigastrium
- sometimes pain radiates to left shoulder/upper arm.
- pain also radiates to lower jaw /interscapular area.
PATHOGENESIS
Stess or other associated reason bp in arterial wall increase due to increase BP tear and wear of arterial wall cholestrol from the blood stream repair tear and wear after that it get deposit in inner linning of artery [atherosclerosis] calcification start it get fibrous and artery lose their normal contraction and relaxation work it block blood supply to various part of body and lead to clotting. and these clots lead a heart attack or stroke.
